Change in Preliminary Hearing Date

The state has requested a continuance of the preliminary hearing. It will no longer be on March 4, 2009, but has been rescheduled on April 3, 2009 at 1:30 pm.

It has also been requested that this be a special setting which makes it the only case the judge will hear on that day.

A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for March 4, 2009 at 9:00 am before Constandinos Himonas in the Third District Court, Salt Lake Department, 450 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah .

This matter will be part of a calendar and will not necessarily be called right on the hour.

Update on December 12th Scheduling Conference

Darrell Robbins is the only immediate family member planning to attend.

Update on October 3rd Scheduling Conference

The defense team attempted to ask for C.G.'s bail amount to be lowered. The prosecution was prepared for that and had us write letters to the judge asking for that request to be denied and it was, without a second thought. C.G.'s bail remains at $1,000,000 and he will not be allowed to be released while he awaits trial. Another scheduling conference has been scheduled for December 12, 2008.
