A Scheduling Conference is scheduled on August 29, 2008 at 9:00 am before Constandinos Himonas in the Third District Court, Salt Lake Department, 450 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
The immediate family is not planning to attend.

Thanks for the little bit of info on the hearing. We all want justice for Molly. You kids will do what you need to do to get closure but we all know your mom would want you to not concern yourself with C. The Lord will deal with him and I am glad you kids are choosing to LOVE....have PEACE... and to focus on being HAPPY....just what your mom planned for all of your lives! I used to threaten your mom when you where all younger, that I was going to drag her to the Singles dances so she could meet someone wonderful...she always resonded with, "You know my only job Trish, is to raise these kids well" I never really noticed that she used the word "only". You kids were her mission and she did such a great job of teaching you the gospel through the way she lived and loved. We are all so much better having been taught by Molly. Hang in there.
